Excellent Precision Pen
The Penco 0.5 Drafting Pen is an absolute joy to use. The balance is spot on, with just enough weight to feel substantial without ever becoming tiring. The 0.5 tip lays down a crisp, consistent line that is ideal for note taking, journaling, and detailed writing.
What really stands out is how smooth and controlled it feels. There is no skipping or scratchiness, just clean, precise strokes every time. The design is minimal and purposeful, very much in line with Penco’s thoughtful approach to everyday tools. It feels like a pen that was made to be used constantly, not babied.
If you like fine lines, good ink flow, and a drafting style pen that actually feels good in the hand, this one is a winner. It has quickly become a daily carry for me.

I am using Dipton series for crafting greeting cards and the results are better than I expected. I use different pens and brushes to get the effects. The series is fantastic for expressive lettering. The emotion in the work is an extension of the ink, true to the name. Dip pens are my primary use, fountain pen can handle the shimmer. I will utilize all colors of the series.
