Shipping Rates

Domestic (U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) - $6 
  • Priority Shipping (2-4 business days) - $10 
  • Free Shipping (5-7 business days) - $60+ orders
    • Boxed & Insured (Choose to box and insure your free shipping package) - $6

International & Canada

  • Calculated at checkout  

  • Canada Only - Free Shipping - $120+ orders  
 
  • Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or import fees

Carrier

Orders within the U.S. will ship with USPS. To make a special request to ship with another carrier, please contact us at support@yosekastationery.com with your order number and we will do our best to accommodate. 

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to update.

Delays 

Our team always works hard to ship quickly and include extra touches of care in packing, but delays are always a possibility when shipping. Common causes for delays include:

  • Carrier backlogs (especially during the holidays)
  • Weather/natural events

Yoseka is not responsible for delays experienced once we have shipped the package and we recommend contacting the carrier directly for any questions about delivery.

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are happy to work with you to ship the package back out, but additional shipping charge will be required.

Lost Packages

If your order appears lost in transit: 

  • Contact us at support@yosekastationery.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and include your order number
  • If your package is insured, we will be able to file a claim after 20 days has passed

Frequently Asked Questions

My package was marked as Delivered but I didn't receive it yet.

  • This happens a lot so try not to panic right away! Most packages turn up after a few extra days, but if not, email us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. If your package was insured, we will be able to file a claim after 20 days has passed and work with you to receive a refund or replacement. 

My order contained a pre-order item. When will it ship?

  • Orders containing a pre-order item will ship when all the items arrive. If you need your other items to ship first, the best thing to do is place a separate order.
