I'm very glad I bought this pretty ink. I don't think it is an ink that I would write with often, not because it's not great for that but more ideal for me useing in more of a Painting way, shows off all the beautiful qualities of it even more.

Been looking for a more durable Kakuno – dreams do come ttue
I use my fountain pens to take notes for studying. I’m a medical student, so if you do the math, I write a LOT. The Kakuno is wonderful, but the way I hold my pens causes some pretty significant irritation after writing for a while. The Explorer is a wonderful replacement and more durable! The weight is the teeniest bit difference, but for a med student budget, the perfect fit so far!
