Ergonomically this pen is a perfect pick. The rubberized portion of the grip gives a solid no slip experience.
The Ceramic Roller C-305, 0.5 refill is smooth.
The snap cap has a solid snap when recapping, uncapping takes little effort- but let's you know the seal is a solid one.
The body is solid and feels of a quality build.
Overall this purchase is a solid one and well worth the price for a pen that will have longevity ( providing one is not using it as a foundation to a building ).

I am really enjoying this pen! It is my first Plaisir, and I love the sturdy feeling and sleek look of the aluminum body with all the dependable function of the smooth nib and slip and seal cap that has made platinum one of my go-to brands for fountain pens in this price range. I love that this is available in a juicy medium nib also. The included ink cartridge if platinum black installed with no issues and works perfectly.
