Return Window 

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. 

Return Eligibility

We accept returns as long as items are in new condition and with all original packaging. Our team will inspect all returned items upon receipt and for any items without their original packaging and in an "opened" state, we will not be able to accept the return. Examples:

  • Brass products removed from their sealed packaging and showing signs of patina are not eligible for return
  • TWSBI fountain pens returned with opened seals are not eligible for return
  • Any paper packaging that has been ripped open is not eligible for return

Certain high value products such as Pilot Namiki and Sailor Bespoke are not eligible for return under any circumstance. Please refer to the product page of each unique product for additional information.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you believe you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us at support@yosekastationery.com with your order number and photo(s) showing the damage/defect. Once our team confirms the issue, we will do our best to work with you to come up with a solution whether it is a replacement, refund or providing the company warranty information if applicable. How to Start a Return

To begin a return: 

  • Email us at support@yosekastationery.com with your order number and reason for your return. 
  • Await instructions for mailing your return back to us. 

Any returns sent back without approval may not be accepted.
