On busy days, we implement a queue to keep the shop safe and enjoyable for all customers and team members.
As you can see, our teams are very much back and up and running after a restful break.
Over at our warehouse, we have begun working through orders, ink samples, emails, receiving shipments of restocks and new stationery, and more.
If you placed an online order between December 21 and January 2 while our teams were on break, we are working on these now and will be shipping these out as soon as possible. You will receive an email with tracking number when we begin working on your order and you should expect to see that tracking number update after a few days once we ship your order.
