Do you like grid, dot grid, lined or blank for your notebooks? Beyond these standard options, notebooks can also come with special pattern for a really specific usage. Habit of Writing pad is one of them. The tic-tac-toe grid in the notebook is made for character writing. It’s common to see the same grid in the traditional brush calligraphy papers and also in kid’s practice books. The grids are helpful for practicing perfect stokes with the correct angles, but they don’t often come inside a notebook made for grownups. In 2016, Conifer came out with this series in response to...

Pentel came out with this really fun pen in 2011. Touch Sign Pen has an additional elastic core to allow the tip to write from thin line to thick line by applying pressure. It’s great for both character writing and brush lettering. The pen actually has a long history behind it. The predecessor is Sign Pen, which came out in 1963. The Sign Pen doesn’t have a flexible core, so in a glance, it might feel like a normal felt tip pen. But the felt tip is what makes Sign Pen special. Sign Pen was the first pen to use...

Earlier today Scott from Sailor stopped by. Seeing this many pens brought us joy : ) Sailor is one of our favorite fountain pens, and we love using them with our planners too. It means a lot to us when a brand representative stops by to give us a visit, especially we are so new, and our shop is so small. Scott also gave us the cutest pin we've ever seen (photo below). Thanks, Scott!

In 1963, Pilot released the first ever retractable fountain pen. After clicking the push button, the nib slides forward and pushes the lid down. By clicking the push button again, the nib retracts and the lid springs up, shutting the gap air-tight to prevent the ink from drying out. The nib is slim to fit inside the pen, and it folds down to grab the feed tightly to handle the constant movements.Matte Black

Golden Armor is the sixth generation Bronze Age series by Fine Writing International. The design is inspired by the adage "The pen is mightier than the sword" Richelieu by Edward Bulwer-Lytton. To echo the theme, FWI decides to decorate the pen with this special pattern which is commonly used by the ancient Chinese military officer on their armour. Unlike other Bronze Age, this pen is round and designed with two stoppers. We are currently accepting pre-order and are expecting to ship on 6/17. You can find the pen here: Golden Armor
