The Life Pocket Notes series feature spiral-bound three subject notebooks with a classic sturdy paper cover. On the cover, three lines are centered on the page for you to write the three subjects you'll be using the notebook for. Like many of Life's notebooks, Pocket Notes embrace American retro and these notebooks evoke a certain sense of grade-school nostalgia combined with the taste for finer paper you may now appreciate as an adult. Flip to the back of the notebook for a two-sided paper pocket page you can use to store loose papers.

Cute and handy

I got the blue cover as part of my Yoseka box and I’m so glad. Right when I needed a new notebook to make into an exercise journal. I forgot how nice and practical ringbound notebooks are. The cover has a nice textured and pulpy surface that’s easy to grip. The pages are smooth and have a good weight. They definitely won’t get wrinkled when erasing or using a clip bookmark. There’s mild bleed through with fineliner markers and my medium fine fountain pen. You might be able to get away with an extra fine fountain pen but it would be better to use a gel or ballpoint instead
