The Superior Labor - Ingrassato Leather - Magnetic Pen Clip
This pen clip, sophisticatedly crafted from Ingrassato leather that will last a lifetime and become more lustrous with use, holds a strong magnet that allows you to fasten it to the cover of your favorite notebook, like a Traveler's cover, or jacket. It's a convenient and stylish way to make sure you always have a pen on you. With use, the leather will soften and darken, transforming into your own unique belonging that protects your favorite writing instruments. The back of the clip is embossed with a gold-foil TSL logo.
Ingrassato vegetable-tanned cow leather is made in Italy. One of its best features is the well-rounded grain and firm stiffness. It has beautiful edges and good coloring, giving it an elegant look. The part used for the leather is the shoulder, where the fibers are firm, which provides the leather with higher durability. It is tanned with astringent from plants such as mimosa and quebracho, and finished mainly with aniline dyes.

About The Superior Labor:
Founded by former auto mechanic and leather artisan Makoto Kawai, this lifestyle brand crafts a variety of high-quality everyday tools that promote slow and intentional living. Kawai considers The Superior Labor as a natural extension of his experience working with cars, crafting leather goods, traveling, and curating vintage wares. All of The Superior Labor’s design and manufacturing takes place in a former elementary school campus in the rural and mountainous area of Kaga-gun, Okayama Prefecture, where Kawai lives and works. Called “nap village,” it welcomes visitors to come and experience The Superior Labor’s living and crafting philosophy while exploring the wonderful nature of Mount Hongu.
