The pen's body features a gradient inspired by a blend of the two Kobe inks, "No. 75 Harbor Mint" and "No. 40 Sumiyoshi Brown". About Nagasawa:
Nagasawa Bungu Center, also known as Nagasawa Kobe, was founded as a local stationery store in 1882 and seeks to share the beauty of Kobe with stationery lovers around the world.
This limited-edition Decimo is elegant and a joy to use. The color gradient is gorgeous, and the rhodium trim sets it off. The gold medium nib is smooth to write with but crisper than some of Pilot's softer nibs, like the Custom 74, which I appreciate since I like a slightly firmer nib. Functional, beautiful, and an instant favorite in my collection.
The Decimo fits beautifully in the hand and the nib is excellent. The Kobe Nagasawa special edition has an elegant gradation of the Harbour Mint Green with a tinge of peach at the end. I had been unsure about the peach in photos, but in person it suits. A gorgeous pen.
This pen is absolutely stunning! I don’t think any picture could do it justice. I was having trouble deciding between the gold and rhodium trim. The gold sold out so the choice was made for me. The rhodium goes beautifully with the mostly mint body of the pen. I
bought a medium nib this time and it’s super smooth. I have both Decimos and Vanishing Points. While I love them both, I prefer the slimmer profile of the Decimo. I’m so happy that Yoseka offers these elusive special edition pens. Yoseka’s customer service was, as usual, outstanding. Happy New Pen Day to Me and thank you team Yoseka!
First of all, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service. I reached out three days before the item was shipped, but unfortunately, no one responded, and the pen was simply sent out.
I made the mistake of confusing the Pilot Decimo with the Vanishing Point. The Decimo feels much lighter in the hand—almost cheap due to its low weight—even though it has a gold nib. It simply does not feel like it’s worth the money.
As I live abroad, returning the pen would involve considerable effort, complications, and high shipping costs
I already love the decimo so I knew I’d love this. The colors are perfect and it writes like a dream as normal for these pens. Packaging was perfect and arrived quickly. Thank you!
