While we usually aim to get orders shipped out within 2 days, with lots of orders coming in and many planner pre-order timelines converging, you may see that your tracking number may take a few extra days to update in status these days.

I placed 2 orders on October 22nd, received confirmations, and had charges to my credit card. I am still waiting for a shipping notice, or a notice as to any delay. I am also waiting to a reply to my request to customer service. I understand this is a busy time, but am not experiencing this with any other retail outlet. The notebooks I ordered from Paris cleared customs, and were delivered in less than a week. Very disappointed.
