September Calligraphy Workshops With Becky

We are so thrilled to finally be able to announce our first workshop with our fritned Becky Park of Wellspring Writes. Becky Park is a local calligrapher from Sunnyside, Queens. She will be teaching the beginner workshops, no prior experience required. Becky will walk you through the basics of brush lettering. Brush lettering is a fun and no pressure way of getting into calligraphy!

• Location: Yoseka Stationery
• Curriculum:
• Beginner lowercase alphabet (Monday, September 17 or Tuesday, September 18),
• Beginner uppercase alphabet (Monday, September 24 or Tuesday, September 25)
• Time: 7pm - 9pm
• 10 seats per session
• All materials and refreshments will be provided

About Becky:

Becky Park is a local calligrapher and owner of Wellspring Writes. She is a member of the International Association of Master Penman and Teachers of Handwriting (IAMPETH), and Society of Scribes (New York City's Calligraphy Guild). Becky is well-known for her traditionally informed pointed pen script. Her clients include Vice Media, Ted Baker, Byredo, LiquidText, Hearst Magazine, Avon, and Tocca. View all workshops
