We’ve received many emails over the last few days inquiring on the whereabouts of your Hobonichi orders and I thought I would send an email out to clear up any worries and concerns.
As many of you already know, our Hobonichi shipment was delayed in customs for a week and a half after the release on August 31. Since receiving our Hobonichi shipment last Tuesday, our team has been working hard fulfilling orders as quickly as possible. Some of you have received your planners already. For those of you who have not, I’m sure you are growing more eager to receive them with each passing day! I completely understand and apologize for the delay. Our latest fulfillment estimate is that we should be caught up on orders by the end of this week.

It doesn’t hurt to ask and we are always happy to help. We have been getting lots of emails these days, so just give us an extra day or two to answer but we will definitely send you a reply.
