The Superior Labor - Paraffin Canvas Pen Case
The Paraffin Canvas Pen Case by TSL comes with two zip pockets, 6 pen slots with protective tan leather flaps, and a leather buckle to secure it all. The canvas case combines the best features of a pen roll and a zippered pen case. Rather than unrolling, the case opens like a book, giving you a clear view of all your tools. The zippered compartments allow you to carry oddly shaped items such as scissors, notepads, erasers, tall pencils, markers, and more. The case closes with a brass buckle that serves as a functional and beautiful accent.
Made out of paraffin coated canvas and tan leather, this pen case is meant to last a lifetime and become softer and more lustrous with use. The different pocket options provides plenty of options for storing and protecting your favorite tools and the writing instruments that inspire you in your daily life.
Because each case is individually handcrafted using components from organic leather, no two cases are the same. There will be individual differences in the color, thickness, and texture of the leather.
- Dimensions: L 12.5 x H 8.25" when laid flat, ~6 x 8.25" when closed
- Zipper pockets can fit items approximately 4" wide and 7.25" tall, depending on the shape

- Material: Paraffin Canvas, Oiled cow leather, brass buckle
- Fits 5+ writing instruments in the pen slots, plus more in the zippered compartments

About The Superior Labor:
Founded by former auto mechanic and leather artisan Makoto Kawai, this lifestyle brand crafts a variety of high-quality everyday tools that promote slow and intentional living. Kawai considers The Superior Labor as a natural extension of his experience working with cars, crafting leather goods, traveling, and curating vintage wares. All of The Superior Labor’s design and manufacturing takes place in a former elementary school campus in the rural and mountainous area of Kaga-gun, Okayama Prefecture, where Kawai lives and works. Called “nap village,” it welcomes visitors to come and experience The Superior Labor’s living and crafting philosophy while exploring the wonderful nature of Mount Hongu.
