Takeo Paper Products - Dressco Stitch Note - Sumi
Part of Takeo Paper Products’ Dressco series, this notebook embodies the brand’s philosophy: “We want you to use it as if you were wearing it. Like a dress. Together with a dress.” Dressco was born from the desire to make richly textured and vividly colored paper more accessible, bringing the beauty of fine paper into everyday life.
This notebook features onion skin paper—a light, soft paper with a distinctive wrinkled texture, reminiscent of an onion’s thin skin. It works well with pencils, pens, and fountain pens, and its surface offers a uniquely tactile writing experience. The cover is made of Sumi Satogami, a warm-toned paper with a soft felt-like appearance, while the endpapers are made of Sagan GA Light Gray, a paper with a sandstone-like texture that gives a refreshing impression.

This is such a nice notebook? The texture of the Cosmos (purple) cover has a wonderful texture and a beautiful blue shimmer, the edges of the paper are incredibly soft, and it's wildly satisfying to know there are a whole 300 pages in so little area. It's a good thing they're all sold out as of writing this, because I'm tempted to buy more for future use even though I got two other brand new notebooks the same week I ordered this one.
