Sun-Star Overlay Marker - DECOT 3
This twin marker features two distinct colors with a chisel marker tip and a bullet fine tip on each end. It utilizes special ink to ensure that the colors remain separate, even when layered on top of one another. The Decot is great for easy study or annotation sessions, with a highlighter and marker all in one body. Enjoy creating illustrations that are sure to capture attention with the layerable DECOT 3.
To create the layering effect, first use the chisel end. Then overlay the bullet tip end. You will see the color change right before your eyes! Please note that the bullet tip ink will always show over the chisel tip's ink, so the chisel ink cannot be "layered" over the bullet ink.

I was excited to try out one of these pens. Unfortunately, the one I got--Violet x Light Green--doesn't work AT ALL. I've tried on a couple different kinds of paper; I've tried waiting 30+ seconds for the purple to dry before overlaying the green; I've tried overlaying the green immediately after laying down the purple. Nothing works. I'm glad this wasn't super expensive, but it's not even worth the $3 I paid.
