If you've ever wondered how to print high-quality photos and stickers for your journal, this is the workshop for you! You'll learn all about home printing in this beginner-friendly workshop from Victoria Kirst, a print enthusiast, zine veteran and the creator of Pouch, a new magazine for stationery lovers.
This workshop will cover home printing using mini printers and inkjet printers. You'll get to try out 4 of the most popular types of mini printers and you'll learn about the technologies that power them, including instant printing, zink printing, dye-sublimation, and thermal printing. Victoria will also teach you how to print high-quality photos and stickers on an inkjet home printer. With just a few key tips and techniques, you will be able to achieve shockingly good results from a <$200 printer! We'll take turns printing on each of these devices, so make sure to bring your favorite pictures on your phone!
Come to learn, play with printers, and meet other people eager to turn their digital keepsakes into physical ones! This will be a fun and welcoming environment where you can hang out, make some friends, and ask any question you've ever had about printing.
