Shachihata Shachi-Iro Ukidel Ink Repellant Stamp Pad Set

This white stamp pad uses a special ink that repels water-based dye inks! Simply stamp your favorite rubber stamp on the ink pad, press onto your paper of choice, let it dry for 10 minutes, then paint over the stamp to reveal the design. With this ink pad, you can create unique watercolor designs for journaling, crafting, and art. You can layer water-based dye inks such as fountain pen inks and markers over the white silhouette to create endless designs.

When using this stamp pad for the first time, do be sure to refill the ink. First, dispense some of the ink in the included circle shaped "refill tray." Then, place the stamp pad face down to let the ink absorb. Once it's fully absorbed, it's ready to use! You can clean up the design with a cotton swab or tissue before the stamp impression fully dries. 

Important note: The Ukidel ink and cleaner are not compatible with clear stamps or eraser stamps, as they will damage the surface. The ink is designed to repel water-based dye inks only and will not repel water-based pigment inks or oil based inks. We recommend testing on scrap paper first.
