Created to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Pilot Timeline series, this limited edition release blends refined craftsmanship with a meaningful design concept. Its theme, “WILL—The will to make dreams come true,” is expressed through the Timeline’s first-ever three-color gradient body. Deep navy symbolizes determination, shifting into a blood-orange-to-white gradient that represents hope and a bright future.

"Timeline" is an oil-based ballpoint pen with a unique design, released in 2005, based on the theme of the time axis of past, present, future, and eternity. The pen tip retracts using the "double-action retraction" system, a feature of the series. By turning the body, the ferrule and nib can be extended in two stages. Turning the body extends the ferrule, and turning it one more stage reveals the nib, allowing you to write. When carried, the ferrule can be retracted, making the pen's overall length compact, achieving both design and portability.
