Pelikan M400 Fountain Pen - Souverän - Tortoiseshell White
The Souverän Tortoiseshell White radiates a warm brilliance with the combination of gold, white, and green-ish yellow elements. The various color pigments in the material create a multicolor effect that shimmers uniquely. The white resin is a beautiful companion to the color swirls.
The 24-carat gold-plated rings are delicately integrated into the pen, making the transition between the materials almost seamless. The crown is the famous beak-like clip.
Every Souverän M400 fine writing instrument was crafted with the highest precision, mounted by hand and finally carefully checked. The writing qualities of every gold-nib were quality checked by hand before it comes to you.

About Pelikan:
Pelikan is a Germany company founded in 1838. The beginnings of the Pelikan Company trace back to the chemist Carl Hornemann, who made his customers an offer for oil paints, watercolors, and “farbige Dinten” (colored inks). These items formed the foundation of the brand's manufacturing line, including most notably the 4001 ink, which is still sold around the world to this day. Pelikan is recognized for their early integration of piston mechanisms into fountain pens, as well as the numbered naming system for their fountain pens such as the M200, M400, M600, M800, and M1000 series.
