using this to cover my a5 hobonichi techo cousin -- works great!

This was my first time ordering from Yoseka, and it will definitely be my last. I reached out because the item I received didn’t fit, but their only response was that they “can only accept returns for unopened items.”

How can a customer know if something fits without opening it? The product description was not clear, yet they refused to offer any refund or exchange simply because it was opened — even though it wasn’t damaged.

Their customer service was cold, unhelpful, and inflexible. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they just repeated their policy. I’ve never experienced such poor service and a rigid return policy.

Very disappointing. I do not recommend this store.
