Esterbrook x BUNGUBOX Blotter Paper - Kachofugetsu Collection - Kingfisher - Limited Edition
This illustrated blotter set, designed by longtime contributor Anne Nossack, can be used to protect your desk, hand, or notebook before closing while residual ink is still drying. Each sheet is inspired by the Kingfisher and makes everyday writing feel a little more special, combining practicality with subtle design to enhance your workspace. The perforated sheets can be torn into smaller portions for smaller notebooks and portability.
In Japanese, Kachofugetsu(花鳥風月)—Flower, Bird, Wind, and Moon—is a timeless expression honoring the natural world and its seasonal rhythms. Each release in this series is inspired by one of these elements and designed in collaboration with Kaoru Yamagishi, founder of BUNGUBOX, one of Japan’s most beloved pen boutiques.
About Esterbrook:
Esterbrook began manufacturing nibs in the US in the mid 1800s, but the 1930s were monumental for them, as they introduced their first interchangeable nib system in 1933. The interchangeable nibs gave the user many options for writing, whether in school, business, or for personal use. Today, a similar system is reborn with the Estie and Esterbrook's specially engineered MV Nib Adaptor, which delivers a vintage nib experience with a modern shape Esterbrook pen.
The artwork on these blotters are stunning, and they quality is top notch. Thick and beautiful. This set comes with many pieces, large and small. I just love them.
