Vincent van Gogh is the fourth featured artist in Dominant Industry’s Painter Series—a collection that transforms the visual language of iconic painters into ink. Though his life was brief, he created more than 2,000 works and became a defining Post-Impressionist whose bold brushstrokes, fearless use of color, and emotional intensity reshaped Western art and continue to captivate generations.

Inspired by the iconic Starry Night (1889), Pearl Starry Night (No. 032) brings the swirling motion and luminous atmosphere of Van Gogh’s night skies to paper. A deep blue base enriched with pearlescent shimmer captures the sense of movement and starlit brilliance, echoing the emotion and wonder that has made his masterpiece timeless.

Dominant Industry, based in Paju, Korea, makes small-batch specialty inks for dip pens.
