The starting concept of the PAL planner is "Plan And Log" by utilizing the division line in each daily section. An example usage is to have the division line as daily timeline. The left side could be used as daily to-dos planning, and the right side could be used as a record logging what actually got done. The division line is unmarked, so the timeline can be customized, and be flexible depending on your daily routine.
The planner is B6 with 4mm graph paper. It features yearly, monthly, weekly overviews, checklist pages and graph pages. All pages are numbered.

Features in greater detail:
Design:
As opposed to separating planners by monthly, weekly and daily, PAL planners groups the monthly, weekly and daily pages together by the same month. It has plenty of spaces and the layout is flexible to customize tracking.
Monthly Pages:
Monthly pages feature a double-page spread, with a small overview calendar of the month on the left, and tracker on the right. The minimal design of calendar provides plenty of space for planning, and for writing down important plans for the month. The monthly tracker provides a centralized page to keep track of important updates and the tracker is flexible in either timeline or checkbox format.
Weekly Pages:
Weekly pages feature a small monthly calendar and seven daily sections. The mini monthly calendar highlights the week, and provides an overview space underneath for weekly planning. Each daily section is divided in half. The division can be treated as a flexible timeline or a division depending on your preference.
Yearly Pages:
A double-page spread with a full page of 2025 yearly calendar on the left and 2024 and 2026 yearly calendars on the right for a useful reference when planning ahead.
Yearly Planning Pages:
A double-page spread with a full page of 2025 yearly vertical calendar for planning ahead.
I really look forward to using this planner in 2026. Its setup is quite unique but makes so much sense. It’s compact but uses the paper real estate so well.
I love this layout, different but functional. Such a beautiful product and high quality paper. Always great customer service from Yoseka.
I love the versatility of this planner. Although it has structure it also allows for the freedom to use it in multiple ways. The paper is very nice and it's the perfect size.
I was really struggling to pick a planner for 2026. I usually do very basic, stripped down bullet journaling in a B6 Stalogy, but my poor health has kept me from keeping up with it this year. I tried a few spring release hobonichi planners, thinking I just needed something pre-printed and more organized than my fuddled brain fogged brain could do on its own. Those were too much for me and made me feel guilty for blank pages. I saw the video Daisy did on the PAL planner on YouTube and knew immediately this was the planner for me. I could still plan and have hope for a productive day, but also honor the things I did instead to take care of myself. It’s so important to me to be able to have the space for both. Making plans gives me hope and logging what I did instead honors the life I sometimes have to lead instead. I love that the monthly layout is small, because I don’t have a lot going on right now, lol! But there is plenty of space to plan should I need it. I can use the right side page to track symptoms if I’m having a bad month, or expand the monthly calendar and plan if I’m better and can do more. The blank pages in the back can be used for some of the bullet journaling I still want to do, like quarterly goals and budgeting. The accessories are bonkers, too! When I bought the planner, I saw the pictures had a cover, the pen, the additional cover inserts and the little baby cutting mat (are you kidding me??!! That’s so clever!) but I had no idea that for only $40 they were all included. If I had finished watching Daisy’s video before I bought it then I would have known, lol! I was just sold on it long before she got to that part. If you’re in the fence, I say try it! I think it’s one of the most clever planners out there and dang! If you don’t get a bang for your buck! Seriously! It’s also really lovely to have been able to support the team at Yoseka, too! I don’t buy a lot of stationary, because I don’t trust myself to not hoard it, so I was extremely pleased to finally have something to buy from the really great store! 🫶🏻
I decided on this planner from various videos, but specifically Ashley’s 2 videos! I love the versatility of the different layouts and am so excited to track different things in it. The paper quality is AMAZING, it’s light and thick at the same time. 10/10!!!!
