This week, we are adding Tombow 707 to our collection. This pen was designed in 1987 by Tombow, originally a pencil company. Their pencils and MONO erasers are probably one of the most recognizable products growing up in Asia. Few decades ago, they started branching out to different stationery categories, and today in America, they are more well known for their brush pens. Tombow 707 is symbolic of that transition started a few decades ago. The pen is metallic with a nice weight. It’s also really slim but has a rubber grip that balances the weight towards your hand. The pen looks refreshing even after 30 years. Comparing to other pens on our display, this pen is easy to overlook 😅 We’ll be back on Wednesday. Next time when you notice this pen, be sure to give it a try!
