Return Policy

Here at Yoseka Stationery, we feel great joy when working with you to find your perfect stationery fit. We’re always here to answer questions, offer suggestions, and help you pick the pen of your dreams. That’s why we’re confident that you’ll love your new items. But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help! 

Items purchased through our website can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund so long as they are unused, unopened, and contain all original packaging.* Please email your return request to support@yosekabox.com and be sure to include your order number, reason for return, and pictures if applicable. Once your request has been received, we’ll get back to you as soon as we can! 

Though rare, should your fountain pen arrive with a manufacturing error, please refer to this comprehensive list of company warranties to contact the manufacturer directly. Unless you’ve received a faulty fountain pen, once ink has run through the inside of the fountain pen, it is, unfortunately, no longer eligible for a return. However, for any other imperfect items, please contact us immediately and we will be sure to correct it!

If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, we will be happy to email you a return label, free of charge. For preferential returns, you will be responsible for all shipping costs. This has never happened (and we hope it never does!) but should your package get lost in the mail transit process, Yoseka Stationery is not responsible.

The approval of all returns is subject to the discretion of Yoseka Stationery. We take pride in how safely and securely we package our shipments. Therefore, we reserve the right to kindly decline a return request if the item has been modified, damaged, improperly used, or is in otherwise questionable condition.

*Brass and leather items (i.e. Traveler’s Notebooks) are extremely sensitive to oxidation. Exposure to atmospheric elements and touch leaves our brass and leather products subject to patina. Because of this, we cannot issue a refund for any of these items unless they remain sealed and in their original packaging. Some fountain pens (i.e. TWSBI) must also remain intact with the package sticker uncut and the pen in its original packaging. Pre-ordered and limited edition items are also nonrefundable.
