We recently shared on our Instagram and in a blog post that after five years of writing thank you notes in all of our online orders, we are changing the way we will be saying thank you in your orders. In this special episode of Catching Up, Neil and I talk a little about the reasons behind this decision and what you can expect in your orders going forward.
