About Shachihata:

Shachihata is a Japanese ink brand from Nagoya established in 1925. They got their start with the groundbreaking self-inking stamp pad, the Mannen Stamp Pad. Now, they produce much more than stamp pads and are well known for manufacturing hanko, Japanese seal stamps. Hanko are widely used in Japan to stamp official documents, almost like a signature.

Love it

What a great idea to make the inks available in case your pad needs more? I bought these to make my own stamp pads. The colors are great and there is so much in them. Worked as described. Easy to use and the little spatula was very helpful in designing my stamp pad.

Infinite Possibilities!

Utterly delighted with the whole unique ink pad system - I was so delighted with the initial range of colors I purchased that I simply had to get more! The colors available to mix and match have a great range, and there's an impressive variety to choose from! I'll need more of the ink pads to create more combinations! Absolutely worth it!
