The Pilot Custom 743 Verdigris is US exclusive version of custom 743 featuresing a green resin body with gold accents and Pilot's exceptionally smooth #15 14k gold nib. The body of the Custom 743 is the same size as Pilot's popular vacuum-filler Custom 823 model, but the Custom 743 instead offers a cartridge/converter filling system.

Expected quality from Pilot

Like all my other Pilot fountain pen, the Custom 743 is exceptional in quality, as I'vecome to expect from Pilot. I was pleasantly surprised by the CON-70 converter that came with it. And as usual, Yoseka makes the simple act of opening a package a true pleasure.
