Taccia Ukiyo-e - Hiroshige - Nakamurasaki (Red Purple)

Taccia's Ukiyo-e collection of inks is inspired by the rich colors depicted in Ukiyo-e paintings and woodblock paintings from Japan's Edo Period. Hiroshige Utagawa was a leading Ukiyo-e artist, whose works are often studied and praised for their composition and vibrant blue color. This indigo can be found in many of his works, even being called "Hiroshige Blue" because of its frequent appearance. While these fountain pen inks are great for writing, they are also meant to be used for drawing purposes.
