Shipping Delays

Hi everyone! As many of you know, our online shop and physical store were on break from Christmas till January 5th. We've decided to postpone opening our in store browsing till January 19th due to the increasing positivity rate that is affecting everyone and has affected a few of our staff members as well unfortunately. BUT, the good news is our online store is open and shipping orders. 

Since coming back in to the shop, we've been working on fulfilling everyone's orders that came in during our break and we've gotten through many of them but for the next few days, while we are moving our storage, shipping will be further delayed. We've been doing our best to get orders with 2022 planners out first since the year is under way already and we want you to be able to get the most use out of your planners. 

This means that if you placed your order after Monday, January 3rd, we won't be able to work on your order until after we are back up and running, and settled in after our move. We expect that we'll be able to start working on orders again next week and all orders should go out by the end of next week, Friday, January 14th. So sorry for the delay and thank you in advance for your patience! 

*Please note also that we've heard from our amazing postal workers that there have been severe staff shortages in the local post offices, so delays once your package has shipped are to be expected, but please let us know if you have any questions about a package! 

*1/14/22 Update: We are all caught up on shipping now! Thank you so much for your patience as we sorted through all our packed up boxes of products :) In-store, we will be re-opening for browsing Wednesday, January 19th.
