OHTO Fude Ball Rollerball Pen is a very broad and smooth-writing rollerball pen. In Japanese, the word fude means brush and this pen was created to mimic writing with one, and the writing experience is definitely very satisfying. Its water-based pigment ink is waterproof and fade proof, which makes it great for note-taking, addressing envelopes and packages and sign decorating especially since it comes in lots of bright and fun colors.

absolutely fun bold pen

These are probably the most fun pens I have had writing with this large of a 1.5 mm rollerball pen. I have others I bought somewhere else, and I am glad to have found them here.
These are just regular colors. No shimmer, sheening, metallic colors mixed in.
But wow they lay down alot of ink if you want a bold headline or to make a statement writing with these. And they have a variety of colors. These are not disappointing at all.
If you want to get away from stiff dull writing. These might satisfy.

Defective, Would Not Write

I kept writing and writing as the ink filled the feed, but the ink never made it to the tip. I gave it a good shake (with the cap on!) and ink came out from everywhere EXCEPT the tip. Tried writing and writing again, but still nothing from the tip. This pen went straight in the trash. Very disappointed as other Ohto pens have worked perfectly well. This was my first time getting this model, and I bought the orange one, specifically.
