Sun-Star Tsumekake Index Punch. This index punch allows you to create rounded cuts into the corner or side of a page which allow you to easily index to a page in your planner and notebooks. There are two sides to the punch, one for the corner and one for the side of page. Simply insert the corner or side of a group of pages into the appropriate side and push the button to cut.
This index punch has a handy built-in lock mechanism to prevent accidental use. Simply push in and rotate the front push button to lock the cutter, and rotate backwards to unlock.
This cutter also features a compartment for punched paper scraps at the bottom of the cutter, allowing you to freely use it while traveling and then placing in your bag without worrying about the scraps. The compartment is well designed where you can flip it partially as a flap or remove it completely.
