A common notebook typically uses paper at a weight of approximately 80g-100g, while Tomoe River uses a paper weight of only 52g. Though the paper is thin, it handles fountain pen ink incredibly well. The paper shows excellent ink properties such as sheen and shade and has minimal bleed through.
