I work in a kitchen and need something sturdy to hold up in that environment. This notebook folds flat and the binding is strong. Also a pleasure to write on, very smooth.

I have really wanted to buy a PENCO notebook for a long time but I wasn't sure I would like the paper quality. However, I'm excited to finish my journal I'm writing in now as this PENCO is going to be in my top 3 favorites (with Hobonichi and Tamoe River). Yoseka never disappoints...always has tons of stationery and new things as well as classic stationery brands and the BEST customer service and fast shipping. I wish I was able to be at Stationery Fest and/or visit their store!
