As autumn arrives on this humid subtropical island, the sun tempers its harsh rays, and the rain becomes less capricious than it was in the summer. Those who sought refuge from the scorching summer sun starts to step outside of buildings and shadows, seizing this most comfortable time of the year to venture outdoors. This time, Lennon Tool Bar ventures into Alishan Mountains, the deep land of ancient trees, and a mountainous town preserved in the expansive mist located in Northeastern Taiwan. Let's all go for a walk together.
On this island lies a village of ancient trees. In the past, colossal iron dragons used to traverse winding paths to carry these ancient trees down from the mountains. Once these sacred trees reached the plains, they were scattered far and wide, transforming into wooden cradles for countless human beings to thrive in. Leaves from the branches burst forth as if it was driven by some unspoken agreement between spring itself.

About Lennon Tool Bar:
Lennon Tool Bar was founded in 2014 at Tamsui, Taiwan. Initially, it started to promote arts and crafts of Indigo Dyeing, a business that flourished a century ago in Taiwan, and at the time, Taiwan exported a considerable amount of "doroai," or the raw material of colorants used in Indigo Dyeing, to the Japanese Empire. Lennon Tool Bar draws inspiration from the traditional process and the popular colors used in Indigo Dyeing.
