This Weeks book is a collaborative design cover made from a beautiful textile from the venerable fabric brand Liberty Fabrics, founded in 1875 by Arthur Lasenby Liberty. Pepper is a long-beloved polka-dot design first created in 1974 and added to the Classic Collection in 1979. Pepper features a bright magenta, orange, and teal flower design with black details. 2023 is embossed in silver and blends nicely into the pattern. This cover is made with Liberty Fabric’s own "Tana Lawn" material, first developed in the 1920s: a meticulously processed cotton fabric with a soft, silken feel that offers prints in vibrant colors.
This weekly-edition Hobonichi Techo is a compact book that’s easy to carry everywhere. The book is slim and roughly the size of a long wallet, making it easy to fit into a bag or suit pocket. The main layout of the book consists of a weekly calendar on the left page and blank graph paper on the right page. Each weekly spread also contains the characteristic Hobonichi quote in English on the bottom of the page. Although slim at first glance, the book holds 71 graph-ruled memo pages for note-taking at the end of the book. The Weeks is available with a variety of different cover designs on the book itself and does not require an additional cover purchased separately.
In 2023, for the first time, the Hobonichi Weeks is offered in English! Some ways the English Version differs from the Japanese Version are: English quotes at the bottom of each page, English labeled months, and a fun facts section in the back that is exclusive to the English Weeks books.
When you order this Hobonichi Techo Weeks, you’ll receive a clear, adhesive corner pocket you can stick anywhere you like.
