Happy August! Last month we just started planning for our one year anniversary (very last minute I know!) We are glad everything is coming together. Leading to our one year next week, we will be hosting a Traveler’s Notebook meetup, giving away stickers and posting the artists we work with throughout this past year 😄 In July, we had many beautiful new additions and two workshops. Lin Chia Ning (LCN) is a talented Taiwanese artist who loves stationery and who loves to hand craft beautiful stationery. Her stationery ranges from her early works of hand carved stamps, washi tapes, dioramas with mushrooms and gemstones, distressed papers, to the recent vintage labels and many of her iconic stamps. 50 years ago today on July 20, 1969, the crew of NASA’s Apollo 11 made history, becoming the first manned spaceflight to land on the moon. The Fisher Space Pen was first used on the Apollo 7 space mission in 1968 after 2 years of testing by NASA, and has been used on all manned space flights since then.
