Neil and I are here in the first episode of Catching Up since our pre-orders arrived and shipped out last week. Many of you may have heard this already, but there was a production error with our Home fountain pens and they were sent out with a different color gold trim and nib than was pictured in our product photographs. As of now, we are still waiting to hear from Sailor for our final course of action, but we do know that Sailor will be repairing any pens that anyone would like to send back for the repair process.
